1. Do you offer pickup ?

Yes!! Our warehouse is located at 16/40 Anzac St Chullora. At some points the warehouse may be unattended so it’s always best to call before you come in.

2. Is there Same-Day Delivery services?

We sure do! If you’re in Sydney, we offer same day delivery services starting from $55.00.

3. How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched out same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location. It’s always best to contact us if you need your order urgently.

4. What to do if I haven’t received my order ?

We carefully choose our courier services as we know how frustrating it can be when your order is delayed. However sometimes these delays do occur. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if your order is delayed. We will do all that we can to assist in contacting couriers and obtaining status on your order.

5. I ordered the wrong product/colour, what are my options?

Provided that the goods are unopened or unused we will happily exchange or return the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on open/used items.
